Privacy Policy

What is collected

Your name, work email and brand or agency name, taken from the checkout form.
Order and payment records: order reference, amount, currency and whether payment succeeded.
The product images and details you send so the lenses can be built.

What is not collected

Card details never reach this site. Payment happens inside Razorpay's own checkout; I receive only whether the payment succeeded and a reference for it. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site, and no third-party cookies are set.

Why it is held

To build what you paid for, to send the delivery, to answer support questions, and to keep the accounting records required by law.

Who it is shared with

Razorpay — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
Google Firebase — order records are stored here.
Cloudflare — serves the demo videos on this site.
Snap Inc. — lenses are published to Snapchat, which means the product imagery in a lens becomes publicly visible once the lens is live.

Your details are not sold, rented, or given to anyone for marketing.

How long it is kept

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Product images are kept while the build is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you ask for changes; ask and they are deleted sooner.

Your choices

Email founder@ranexis.com to get a copy of what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are handled within 30 days. Deletion cannot extend to records that must legally be retained for accounting.

Cold outreach

If you received an email from RanexisAR you did not ask for, it was sent to a business address found in a public business directory or on a company website. Reply with "stop" — or use the opt-out line in the email — and that address is removed and never contacted again.
